These terms describe the informational Shopkeeper website operated by ShopkeeperAI LLC and how to inquire about the product.

Website purpose

The website explains Shopkeeper’s product and provides contact information. It does not create a merchant account, activate messaging, enroll shoppers, take payment or provide access to a live shopping assistant.

Product information and examples

Product descriptions explain Shopkeeper’s core capabilities. Sample conversations and workflow panels are illustrative and use fictional stores or synthetic information. They are not customer testimonials, live customer records or performance results.

Actual merchant availability depends on onboarding, permissions, messaging setup and activation. Features, scope and commercial terms for a merchant program are agreed separately. No conversion result, revenue increase or service level is promised by this website.

Demonstrations and pilots

A product inquiry does not itself create a service contract. Demonstrations and pilot programs require separate arrangements addressing access, authorized data, responsibilities, limits and operating approvals. The public website does not replace those arrangements.

Content and responsible use

Shopkeeper branding and original website materials belong to ShopkeeperAI LLC, except where another owner is identified. Contact us before reusing the branding or representing an affiliation. Do not use the site to impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Third-party services

References to Shopify describe the platform the product works with; they do not state certification, endorsement or App Store availability. Third-party stores and services have their own terms. Checkout and payment are handled through the merchant’s Shopify checkout, rather than this website.
