About this website

This is an informational business website for Shopkeeper, an AI-assisted Shopify checkout recovery product. You can read about the product and contact us by email. The site has no account registration, purchase flow, contact form or SMS enrollment.

Information in an inquiry

If you email mercend2026@gmail.com, your email service sends us your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to the inquiry and continue the business discussion you request.

Please do not email passwords, payment card details, customer lists or other sensitive shopper information. Any merchant data exchange should be arranged separately with appropriate permissions.

Technical information

We have not added analytics tools, advertising pixels or browser storage to this website. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver and operate the site. Email services also process correspondence. Their own notices govern their services; this page makes no claim about their specific retention periods.

Merchant and shopper data

A merchant-operated Shopkeeper program is separate from this website. Before activation, its data handling, permitted access, consent, privacy notices and responsibilities need to be addressed for that merchant. This website does not collect shopper consent or authorize a merchant to send messages.
